Default TireDB - Tire selector database website

Found this new tire selector. I seems to include everything you might want in a tire application, weight, R comps from all brands, snows, etc. It even has an option for staggered tire size selection. Give it a try and see what you think.

Very cool. Despite the fact that it shows clearly that I'm not gonna find my 225/40/16 size that I really want.

Hey guys - I'm the creator of TireDB. Just wanted to say thanks for checking the site out and let you know that I've implemented a new feature that has been requested many times in the past. You can now enter your stock diameter and see the percentage difference for each tire in the search results.

Thanks again for using the website and giving me your feedback.

ah man.. I just spent a bunch of time compiling an r-comp list.. and I got a more comprehensive list from this website in like 20 seconds. Only thing the website really needs now is a avg. price column.

Thanks! I will consider adding that.

Added a new feature to TireDB. You can now enter your wheel width and diameter, and the search will show you all tires that will fit the wheel.

Ok, I will work on adding those.

I'm going to be adding a tire rating feature to TireDB in the coming weeks. I'm thinking most people of our persuasion will want to know the following ratings.
  • Overall Rating
    • Street
    • AutoX
    • Track
  • Grip
    • Dry
    • Wet
    • Cold/Snow
  • Noise
    • Low Speed
    • High Speed

Anything else? I need to figure out a slick way to present all this and allow users to add reviews without needing some heavy handed log in.

price!! i know getting lowest or avg. is tricky, but maybe prices from 3 reputable sources or something. You could hit them up to sponsor the site for using them as a default price choice too or something.. or just sign up for a referrer bonus system with the site you target. you feed them links and they get you money.

Kingpest, why didn't you add sidewall #'s?

Edit: Search for tire aspect ratio?
