will be running a 98 fusebox and cabin harness.... will my stock 99 floor harness and fuel pump work?

 

The fuse box will work. They are the same for all 96-00 civics. The floor harness will not connect to your trunk harness or dash harness without a lot of work. You are better off getting the 96-98 harness. trust me, been here, done this.
