Brand new unused Applications: All K20 engines The K-Tuned Adjustable EP3 Pulley kit is the newest addition to our ever growing parts line-up. This simple and very useful part has been in development for a little while now, and was designed to solve K-series accessory belt adjustment issues. Up until now, people that chose to use the oem Honda EP3 Idler pulley have encountered problems with over-tightened or loose accessory belts. This is because the original factory EP3 idler is fixed and not adjustable. The K-Tuned EP3 Pulley kit allows the user to correct the length of the accessory belt by manual adjustment, to keep tension in the perfect service window. This is especially useful as the belt stretches over time. K24 / K20 engine combos will appreciate the adjustability of this part even more because of the parts mixing that occurs on these setups. For some swaps, like a K24 engine swap into a 06-09 Civic, people have even started using the smaller K20 crank pulleys in an attempt to correct the accessory belt length. The down side of switching the crank pulley is that accessories such as the water pump and alternator become over-driven by the smaller pulley. Unlike our very popular A/C & P/S Eliminator Pulley Kit that relocates the alternator, the K-Tuned EP3 pulley kit also allows the user to keep A/C installed if desired. However, as a default the kit is sold with the correct length belt to delete A/C. Available for all K20 and K24 engines. To finish the deal off, we've priced this kit perfectly, so it doesn't hit the wallet too hard. RACE PROVEN TO 1000+ WHP
The K-Tuned Billet TPS sensor was designed solve all K-series TPS problems. We've seen and read about the cheap Asian-made replacement units causing countless drivability problems and failures. In some cases even the OEM sensors have failed prematurely. These problems are exactly what motivated us to design a reliable replacement TPS sensor that won't fail like the others. Successful and thorough road testing was completed on several cars to ensure that our TPS unit could withstand the vibration associated with semi-solid K-series swap mounts.
Our unit is constructed with a quality, American made, Delphi sensor that is encapsulated in a 6061 billet aluminum housing. The housing was designed with a special silicone filled pocket that gives the sensor space to float inside. The cured silicone, allows the unit to absorb the engine vibrations that typically ruin other sensors. We are so confident in our sensor that we are even offering a warranty.
This TPS unit can be mounted on any K20A/A2 and Z1 throttlebody or the A3 throttlebody from the Honda EP3 hatchback. The engine must also use KPro or AEM engine management that allows recalibration of the TPS scale. The required recalibration is very minimal and easy to do. Our TPS sensor comes complete with a new gasket, all mounting hardware, plug and pigtail to wire it in and detailed installation and recalibration instructions. If you have TPS problems, this part is exactly what you need.
