1 of my friend own a 97 honda hatchback. he wants to replace whole dash wiring because his dash wiring is all messed up. so will 99 00 Honda Civic Lower Dash Harness Wire 32100-S02-A42 fit in his 97 hatchback? thanks.

96-00 same dash , the only thing i could think off its the cruise control wire, and the sunroof (if its from a Si ) thats it other than that same thing

 

and an eX but the harness is thesame as above

 

i recently redid my dash harness due to mass mutalation from the previous owner and i only had to depin a few wires that werent on the new one my harness was a automatic harness had more wires for the dash and the one i pulled from the junk yard was a manual one if you really want to make sure its good unwrap the etape and shielding from the harness and make sure everything is there or the same setup as yours then you should be good mine took me about 3hrs to verify and depin my old harness to put neccessary wires on the new one and re shield and tape close and install but hey since you would be doing that you might as well re do your alarm harness and do it as a stealth install or put the alarm brain some where hard to remove like behid the radio above the ducting or something it will take a thief a while to get to it.

 

Well i found 1 harness came from an ex so it has power everything like windows, locks, etc? I kept thinking it should be fit in but I was worry about obd2a or obd2b you know? Otherwise it should be fine right? I’m not worry about sunroof. I think I might tell my friend to get this harness for his hatch.
