Default Brand New Member and EX

Hey guys I'm new to the forum. My girl just picked up a 2012 ex coupe last night and by the time we finished all the paperwork the dealer was closed, but the problem is that the on the way home the passenger airbag turned off while she was sitting in it. This happened when as we went to dinner too. I didn't have a chance to call them yet but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else in the previous models?
I've had older cars so this stuff is new to me, but this is a brand new car and there is already problems. It makes me wonder what happened to the quality of honda in recent years.

I just called the dealer and the sales agent and the tech said that it is because it probably happened because she was too light... she probably weighs about 120 so I don't why this is happening. I'd rather have her face smash into an airbag then the dash by any means if there should ever be a problem. We are bringing it into the dealer tomorrow morning to have the fog lights installed, we will see what happens.

Sounds too me like she is too light. Did you try to put her in the seat and then buckle the seat belt, that might solve your issue. Worst case the OPDS sensor may need to be reinitalized.
