Default Parking lights blowing fuse after fuse

I'm familiar with diagnosing this type of problem, but it's now beyond my experience cuz none of my bulbs have blown & arc'd, so obviously that's not it.
my passenger front corner parking light is blown, but I pulled it out and it's still burning up fuses. I'll probably throw a new bulb in and see what happens, but it shouldn't make a difference - cause that circuit is open, so it's arching either before that bulb or elsewhere.
I know a month ago it was working. I'd love to find something, like a jumper, or a manual rig to be causing this mess, so I can bring the house down on this franchised garage that I picked up my car from that very day I it was out.

To start, don't replace the bulb,,,,,In fact, pull out or test the "other" bulbs....start in the rear.
