Default Oil on my plugs

Hey I have a 92 accord. I got it for my son. It runs well I THINK!!!!
When I put new plugs in I noticed there was oil all over them. If this is the case why doesnt it run rough. And what would make this happen?

sparkplug tube seals go all the time on those. did you notice your wires having any oil on the bottom of them. if so its the tube seals it could be causing a misfire/rough running. does it smoke or anything

No smoke at all.
There is oil on both sides of the plug threads and porcelain? After I put the new plugs in she fired right up and ran fine.

there are 2 set of spark plug seals...one between head and valve cover and another deeper into the engine:
