Default Clearance issue, need advice on finding kit that doesn't lower car...

I have a 97 ek, i have a 3" exhaust kit on the car currently. I have an issue of clearance between the rear lower control arm and the exhaust pipe. Anytime i hit a substantial bump the control arm hits the pipe. So my obvious problem when it comes to getting a suspension kit is that i barely have an inch of clearance between the arm and pipe now, if it lowers they will be on top of each other. Does anyone make a kit, coil overs or struts & springs, that is a performance kit that you can retain factory ride height? I want to avoid having to replace the 3" piping with new 2.25-2.5 piping. Most kits i have found lower the car an inch or more without any adjustments...Anyone got some good news for me?

I believe Koni/GC can be set at factory height if you adjust it all the way up. Not sure how the shocks like being that extended, but I would think it would be OK.
