little history: swapped a sohc zc into my crx dx, converted to mpfi, replaced most gaskets and was tuned up, car runs great!

the thing i cant figure out is: when coasting downhill in gear with foot off the throttle my check engine light comes on and reads code 1?

i do have one of those bosch oxygen sensors which may be the problem but im up in mammoth lakes, ca where access to parts and tools is a pain so i though i would ask here first before going and ordering new parts and tools for testing things?

Same **** happend to me once i went mpfi

grab a universal one from autozone i think mine is bosch 20 bucks

 

well the one i put in there was a bosch one but that was from before the swap but i would rather stick to oem for it, that way i never have to question it!

 

and quite a few other posts on this website commented on how the bosch oxygen sensor was bad and gave slow and off readings, idk once i replace it with a new one in a few days ill update post

 

results: replaced with a denso o2 sensor! no more problems
