Its the DOHC flavour engine. Any hints gratefully received because I'm planning on doing it on Friday. I'm mechanically minded (I know that con-rods need bearings for example) and I don't anticipate the job being too difficult just a bit time consuming. Also, whilst I'm there I thought I'd do the timing. Any tips on that?

BTW. Its actually a Rover 216 but they use the same Honda power-plant as in the CRX.
