Saw that. Will be interesting to see if it has any mechanical changes for '12 (since a lot were made in '09). Still, they needed this type of model some time ago.

Agreed. Honda needs more "sport" models.

Honda needs a "sport" Accord sedan, and a "sport" package for the Accord Coupe.

The only sport models I can think of in recent history are the Element SC and the Civic Si.

I would've liked a more "aggresive" off road type package. Bigger wheels and tires, a brushguard, sport exhaust and a slightly raised suspension. Sorta like the Nismo Frontier. At least they got the grill right.

I hope a model change is on the horizon, all the Ridge is missing is a little more power IMO.

Not going to happen. That would mean it would also get the SH-AWD package as the standard Ridgeline drivetrain probably isn't capable of handling that much of a boost in power.

And SH-AWD = pricey

But the 3.7 from the MDX would really be a nice addition to the truck.
