de-power steering civic, no results ?

de-power steering civic, no results ?
Hello guys,
I did some time ago a de-power steering on my 93 EG6.
I removed that center washer (that separates the oil from right to left side). It feels the same as when I just ran without the oil pump.
Any other tips or ideias that I can do ?
