No way to tell what's wrong other than the obvious which you already stated.
Fix your wiring.

YES. Or one from an HF.

Sensors in the DPFI distributor are only capable of running 2 fuel injectors.

Look on the ear of the distributor, one of them will be stamped with td-01 (DPFI Distributor) or TD-02 (MPFI Distributor this is the one you need). That's saying the car still has a D series in it, and is OBD-0

Code 19 = Auto Tranny Lock up Solenoid, which will throw when you have an auto ECU hooked up to a 5 speed car.
Code 20 = ELD which is the plug you said is cut.

Don't put in a pm5 its for 2 fuel injectors, also its for high impedance injectors.
If you don't know what your doing stop!!!! Read until you know what your doing.

also i believe you need the distributor off a 92-95 civic DX and if you dont already have them, get a distributor, and ecu jumper from rywire..also did you use the 4 wire o2 sensor, just something to think about..

Yes, i ended up figuring out what dis i had. I am OBDO running on a PM7 jdm zc ecu. It was in the
Car when i bought it. All that is done it is a dx ef hatch. They attempted a mpfi swap and messed it up

The ECU doesn't care how many cams you have.

oh, ok i was told that the jdm dohc zc motor uses a second cam sensor, so running that ecu on a songle cam would cause it to run like **** woudl it then??

The distributor is different on a dohc zc because it has the cam sensor not in the dizzy (dis) but the ecu reads it all the same as it would a d16a6 si. The pm7 is close enough to the pm6 may just run a lil rich(and have a higher redline) but way better than running a pm5 (which is missing that cam sensor and 2 injectors). I ran my dohc zc off a pm6 and it ran lean (for smog) and did better on gas till I could pick up a PG7(pm7).
