Default Electrical issue - turning on blinkers blows fuse 19

Been working on adding power windows and I'm nearing the end and found a busted passenger motor so I'll finish it later but I've made some problems for myself. My turn signals don't work; when I press them it blows under-dash fuse 19(Dash lights, tail lights) and the dash meters stop functioning and the battery light stays on until the engine's started instead of just shutting off after momentarily lighting. My hazards have a similar problem where if I activate them, they blow the hazard fuse. Any tips, advice is greatly appreciated.

Car's a 95 eh3.

The turn signals are on a separate circuit from the dash/taillights. Check the blinker bulbs and any rewiring that you've done.

I noticed that when I couldn't find a fuse for 'em. It's strange though because I didn't touch the corner harnesses. Maybe something loosened up? I'll check that out, thanks.
