A new lock shouldn't cost that much.

Part # 74861-S5A-G01
$36.86 plus shipping.
Have a locksmith swap the tumblers from your old lock into the new one.

basically i could find an old lock then and swap the tumblers?
To swap the tumblers, first pull the c-clip off the back. Slide the key in and turn it back and forth to release the spring and pull the cylinder out. DO NOT remove the key, or the lock plates will fly all over (they are spring loaded.) Installation in the new cylinder is reverse of removal, but sometimes hard to get the spring connected.
