Newby booby from the 740
Didn't see a newb thread so just thought I would post up who I am and not seem like such a creeper.
Name is Matt. I'm located in Zanesville, Ohio. Attend alot of the local, and not so local Honda meets such as IA for the past 2 years. Slowmo meets and so on.
The car is a 2000 Honda Civic Ex that I purchased completely stock 3 years ago. I have put tones of time and money to do nothing but legit parts. So far so good. I had the chance to purchase a far less than good shape El/domani conversion last march. Ended up taking the leap in hopes to source so nice replacement parts. Thanks to a buddy if mine I found a fender and the Domani grill and a couple headlights. The Bumper was mangled but Honda body shop did an awesome job bringing it back to life. 2 days before IA 2011 I picked up the parts from paint. The day before IA, I did the conversion. I have always loved the EL/Domani front ends from the first time I seen my dudes legit El. Thought I would be a little different and do the conversion on a coupe. And I LOVE IT!!!
Outside of the conversion, I have done the full suspension with Koni Yellows with Skunk2 springs, Blox LCA's, and all new bushings. B16A2 swap, lots of pretty goodies under the hood but mostly stock...(for now). Full Si Interior swap. The green and white coupes in the states have light grey interior and looks horrible. Ek4 seats, and I reupholstered the door panel inserts with green tweed and the headliner with plaid. I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot but I'll let the pics do some talking.

This is a link to my facebook where you can go through my hundreds of pictures the civic and my other cars as well.
