ST valves, use them or not?

hi guys,
im in the process of building my head and i got a new set of supertech valves.

iv hard alot of horror stories about them latly and i'm affraid to use them now,

what is your opinion?

People have had bad experiances with them and people have good experiances with them. All this thread is gonna do is start a bickering fest.

i second that . use them and see, set up ur car as u fill fit . i personally got aluminum rods made for my car in 04 and everyone said there was no need now look how they r used
