92 Accord Tail Lights

hello i just purchased some JDM Euro Tail lights and i got it all hooked up but the Halo rings aren't working. any help??? everything else works but.

The wiring harness that you pulled out of the tail lights, Did you damage it? Did you perhaps loosen the bulbs?

The halo rings have to be wired up separately. There is no plug for them.

By the way...they aren't JDM....they are about the farthest thing away from them that you can get. But, to each his own I suppose....
