Default DA rear brakes on EF questions

Hello, Ive been doing my research and Ive been finding a lot of different answers. Im trying to put DA rear trailing arms on my 91 hatch (Drums)

What I want to know is can I reuse my Oem brake hoses from my drums brakes on the hatch? If not, which hoses do I get.

Second, Which e-brake cables do I have to get? I know I cannot reuse the e brake cables from the drums. So which Ones do I have to get? Ive heard that the DA ones are too long.

Thanks for anyones input

I'm almost positive my buddy used the hatch brake hoses and fittings. For the e-brake he used the stock da cables.

ebrake cables get a 3dr teg.

I used 92 gsr for my hatch.

brake hoses you can either use 92 gsr or a 91 crx si.

Make sure if you get the 91 si and not any other year otherwise you will get the same hose as you have.

He is right. 3dr teg ebrake cables and 91 crx si Brake lines. Good time to upgrade to stainless lines. Just so you know the Da trailing arm bushings are different also.

You don't have to, but for optimal performance, you should at least change the m/c. You can use a m/c from a 90 Civic EX, it is a direct bolt-on to your existing booster and has the larger 15/16in bore.

Same goes for the proportioning valve. You don't have to change it, but for optimal performance, you should install a 4040.

Only this I switched was the prop valve. If ya don't use the 40/40 your car will dance around when trying to brake at high speeds. The reason being, is that it evenly distributes your brakes after the rear disc swap.
