Squeak Problem
Just bought a new civic and everytime I shift there is a high pitched metal on metal squeak on the passenger side front where the ecu is located. It seems like its from the unibody and it's definately from the inside of the car.
Remove the speed sensor and check for transmission fluid, if low use 10-40w. Ask previous owner when clutch, pressure plate and flywheel were last changed. I don't think it is from inside the car. With the car on and in neutral is there any noise or is it just when shifting, how about when you press the clutch down and stay in neutral
It's not from the clutch being pushed in it's when the whole car moves between shifts. It doesn't squeak at all when in clutch is pressed it's only when the body jerks
