Default do u need to remove the bumper to remove the headlights?

i have a 93 civic 4dr and was woundering do i need to remove the bumber to remove the head lights

Exactly. Don't even try to skip step 2, you will **** up the corner of your fenders and bumper trying to maneuver the headlight out without first taking off the metal headlight support under the bumper cover.
