ok my Hatch has the obd2 to obd1 convertion with a p28 chiped. now the car will throw a CEL when i rev around 7000k thenand will stay on till i shut the car off thens its gone. so i wanted to see if i could get a code out of it and all i get is a solid CEL when i jumper the the blue plug uder the dash. Some 1 said it could be bad soldering with the chip so i hooked up a p72 A01 and on start up it throws a CEL but i still can't get a code out of it.

Please some one help me, CEL= no VTEC

car won't start now and i cranks but wont turn over. and i cant get a damn code out of it FML.
