underdash wireing problems

is there wire diagrams on this? its right where you plug the ecu up they cut **** and now i cant figure it out. they even home made a jumper harness that is hard to figure out. also is a 91 si mpfi?

Yes the 91 SI are MPFI.

It sounds like they made their own OBD0 - OBD1 harness.

Here is a pinout of the ECU hopefully this will help
