Default fuel in the valve cover/oil on plug

Ok guys heres the story; I converted my d15b2 from DPFI to MPFI and i'm using the PM6 Ecu and SI dizy. I started running on 3 cylinders, 1 out of 4 spark plugs had oil/fuel on the bottom of plug. No oil in plug well. It smells like raw fuel in Vavle cover. I was getting code 16 (fuel injector.) I checked compression in this order from left to right--(135)-(125)-(125)-(135). So my compression is good so I know its not my piston rings or head gasket. Seems like im getting way to much fuel. Could anybody tell me why this problem is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Aaron
