i just picked up a 91 si with and A1 ls swap for cheap and i was wondering if you guys could help me with some issues i have with the car. it was cheap so i knew it wasnt a perfect car and i thought it would be an easy fix but now im clueless. when i test drove the car it drove fine still runs strong but on my way home with car i popped it into neutral going down hill and the car shut off so i popped it back into gear and the car turned back on. i came to a stop light and when i stopped and threw it into neutral the car shut off again and this time when i threw it into gear the car stayed off so i had to manual turn the key to start it up again. dose anyone know what the problem could be if so please help me solve this!

also the climate control and cd deck dosent work at all but the cluster works just fine. how do i get those working?

 

... Obviously the car won't "push start" if you are not moving. Your problem could be anything from a vacuum leak to a blown head gasket... or something as simple as your idle needs turned up. You need to do some checking on your own.

There is a fuse for those things... do some checking of your own...
