new tps in 88 crx dx causes violent stuttering

I just changed the tps a few days ago and now the car violently stutters between 1500-2000 rpms when you step on the throttle.

Did you remember to calibrate it? Or did you just slap it on?

when we tried to calibrate it there is no feedback from the wire that goes to the ecu

the yellow wire has electricity running through it and when you test the conductivity of the sensor the meter moves but with the ignition on no electricity is sent back through the red wire
