Default additional crank load

While most turbo civics have the air conditioning removed (including me) on their setup, i plan to "reinstall" mine. With the additional load on the crank from the air conditioning how beneficial/necessary would it be for an oil cooler to be added to my setup. Yes, I will have the AC disabled under WOT however, the crank will still have the additional load of having to spin the third belt (power steering and alternator). I am thinking the oil adapter before the oil filter would be the ideal kit/simplest i would use for my car.

I am trying to see if anyone has any positive or negative feedback in regards to this topic.
