Default jdm dual carb to mpfi?

Does anyone know how to swap from dual carbs to mpfi? Is it the same as doing the dpfi to mpfi? thanks

it should be because your going to eliminate the carburetor manifold and swap in a fuel injected manifold.

Ok cool, cause I already did the swap from DPFI to MPFI, Ive got wiring, ecu, dizy, and SI manifold already done, but my motor is toast so ill just pull out the old motor and install the carb one, and switch over manifolds. Thanks man.

The cam is the only issue here. You may need to swap the dx one in.

Also make sure to get a mechanical fuel pump block off plate.

The carb cam has an extended lobe I believe for the mechanical fuel pump

Ok so the DX one from my DPFI should bolt right in? What about the SI shaft?

DX is fine if you are running dpfi, and are using the dfpi ecu. If you are already mpfi and have a pm6 ecu installed, then running the si cam would make better sense as the fuel map on the ecu is matched to the cam.

Well hopefully this is the last question I need answered, If I find an SI camshaft, out of an 89-91 Civic SI, do I need the whole rocker assembaly, or just the shaft? Like is the SI shaft bigger then the DX? I do appreciate your time..
