How to use paypal?
Just as if he were to send a check to you in the mail.
Instead of a street address, he pays to your PayPal account.
Once you have his money then you send him the distributor.

Okay thanks. But does the guy that is buying the part have to have paypal too? or just pays with a credit card? and is there any kinda specific tracking number that paypal gives you or just from the postal service. If this makes since.
Paypal does track your transactions.
They even provide some security for fraud.
You should really take to the time to read up on that stuff as there are certain requirements that must be met in order to qualify.
It is easier and cheaper to send money if both have a Paypal account.
However, I think they can pay using credit card without having an account.
(See 'send money' option on the Paypal home page.)
There are fees for some transactions to you may want to read up on that before doing business.

both buyer and seller have to have paypal accounts, the more verified you and him are, the better, NEVER do a transaction under personal payment unless you are absolutely SURE you know what you are getting.
