How to post pics in thread?

How do i post pics in a thread i create? I am new to all this stuff so i am sorry for the dumb questions.

Those websites will allow you to first upload the image onto the internet, where you can then link it into a thread that you create.

You can either upload the pics through our website or upload them through a pic hosting site and then post them here.
