Default Cast Iron sleeves for H22A

I went to this machine shop looking something for work and saw the shop was doing sleeves, curious me asked if they would do sleeves for my H22 and they were very calmly like yes. I asked would they provide sleeves or do i need to bring for myself and they were comfortable with both. Next question i asked was what type of sleeves they had, they were like cast iron from either england or India.

This shop majorly re-sleeves diesel engines with their own cast iron sleeves.
price for sleeves, sleeving, aligning pistons and rod bearings, everything together about $100.

In a regular famous sport car sleeve shop just for the labor (sleeving, aligning etc) it is $156 and sleeves i would bring.

both of the shops are famous their sleeves. The $100 shop has been in the business for last 33 years in the country (they are the oldest machine shop) and later one ($156) have been working for past 25 years in the country.

my question: are the cast iron sleeves, which are good for diesel turbo engines good for my h22a? because its really really really cheap!

one of the toyota diesel sleeve job they have done:

P.S. just remember, i am in the middle east, the labor here is dirt cheap for jobs...so dont think $100 labor is very cheap, because its kinna expensive when looking at changing oil, plugs, oil filter with wash is about $13 just labor and about $37 for oil n stuff
