Default Bridgestone Potenza RE910 Street Tires, decent?

Has anyone tried these on their ITR? I was thinking of getting them because they have a treadlife warranty. Or should I just stick with my RE-730's?

i currently have the re730s..while the treadlife is excellent and offers good grip, i find that they still can't grip that well thru hard turns...
not sure on the 910, but my next set of tires will not be 730s anymore.. most likely azenis (anyone know how well they go in the rain at freeway speeds?) or the s-03s.
good luck!

Noooo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't get them!!!!

I had them on my car before the Azenis... I'll never buy them again. Dry handling sucks IMO, wet is decent though. Still, I wouldn't!

they suck and i believe they are h rated

dry traction is weak. would definitely not race on them

That's correct. H rated and 400 treadwear... compare that to the stock Potenza's of a V rating and 140 treadwear. Fais said he wouldn't even take it onto the track with those tires on. I autoXed with them and they are terrible, IMO.

I'm going to have A032R's for the track on seperate rims; so all I care about is daily driving.

They're even a little weak for daily driving. I installed a set on my fiance's Saturn and they were okay, but I wouldn't put them on my ITR. The Kumho 712 would be similar in price and offer a lot more performance. Still not a great tire, but much better than the RE910 IMO.

Good advice.

And he's right they even suck for daily driving.... take an on/off ramp too fast and you're screwed.
