D series AICV on a B series motor?

Can you do that or will it throw off the rpm's and what not?

Same thing for the most part. ITR/CTR have a different bolt pattern that D-series wont fit and D15Z1 (VX) IACVs have a weird bolt pattern that nothing else fits.
