I dont have a drill or a 44mm hole saw.

Is there any other way i could cut out the holes?

I was thinking that after i poke the 7 holes through i could just measur 22mm out from each hole and cut around with a utility knife or cutting wheel on a dremel?

Any one have any other ideas?

If you had a dremel you could have done it by now.

 

I cut mine with a hole saw I bought from the hardware store for like $5. That plastic is way too hard for knives. Dremel may or may not work. I've had varied success with cleanly dremeling through plastics.

 

Dremel on low speed then a fine file to smooth the edges if you so desire.

 

Dremel wasnt powerful enough.
ended up using a makita grinder with like a 1.5 inch disk, And that still got stuck if i didnt go slow. Got the job done though.
It was probably easyer than using a hole saw too
