Default 91 DX SEDAN no brake lights? Searched, cant figure this out. HELP!

My brake lights dont work and my horn doesnt work.

I know its the same circuit, but looking at a diagram i cant figure out where could there be a shortage.

Tails lights are on but when i hit the brake pedal they dont get brighter(brake lights)

all bulbs are new
brake switch is good(tested with a voltmeter)
all fuses are good(under the dash and under the hood)
i even swaped a under the hood fuse box for a different one

Im seriously lost... I heard there is a ground under rear seat. I took the seat out there is no grounds. Ground under the rear shelf thing is good and connected.

Dunno where else to look?

well there could be a short somewhere from the brake switch to the tail lights it seems like the lights are not getting the extra voltage to use the second filament if you have to just replace the whole grn/wht wire all the way to the brake light assembly

and the grounds are (1st thermostat housing) (2nd driver side kick panel) (3rd behind rear tail lights next to the trunk latch) (4th under the dash connected to the steering wheel support)

shoot me an message if you need help

I unplugged the Brake switch. Connected the green/white wire directly to the battery and the lights went on. With that said i know for sure that after the switch the wire is fine.

Then i runed a wire directly from a under the hood fuse to the Green/white wires at the switch and the lights when on. By doing that i bypassed the connection where the blue/red wire for the horn branches off.

Now i know that after the switch wire is good and the fuses assembly is all good.

There is a rusted out plug that i found under the driver side fuse box, i will take a photo of it tonight. Two wires were rusted off. One of them(completely disconnected was the white/green single wire that goes to the switch. That horn wire is got to be one of the other 4 in that plug. I think if i can reestablish a connection in there it should be all good.
