i have a civic with an h22 swap

Had skunk 2 intake manifold and skunk 2 throttle body

i dont know if that will help but when the car is cold and i start is it stays on but when i try and give it a little gas it trys to die but it will only do that for a little bit then the rpms go up again any ideas? Only does that when car is cold
