The rebirth of my former H Series nitrous CRX now B Turbo
I built a CRX 3 years ago and did so much racing with it but due to me having to run from the cops I melted a valve and had a B series swap so I said to myself I will just rebuild my car with that.
Having an H Series in a CRX can be a headache with having to have custome radius arms made to clear the engine and needing DSS axles plus the fab work of having the mounts welded in the right way so they didnt break.
All tuning props go out to Bubba at Do It Dyno
Most of the Chassis work was done at Steen Chassis
Here is a pics to start:
I cant seem to find anypics when the H Series was installed I will look on my other PC.

Here is the enigine bay after the motor was taken out look at the crossmemeber wow never knew what a H Series with 302 FT LBS of Torque could do to a stock crossmemeber and yes I was racing it like that I guess I didnt car that the steering was so hard cause I just wanted to race but after seeing that I was like wow what was I thinking.

Removed the pedal assembly to do the hydro conversion the right way no actuator this time and realized my steering shaft was pushed in so had to get a new one.

I had to strat by putting a empty block and case in the car to get the mount made since I cut off the stock passenger mount a custome one had to be made to utilize the Innovative H Series bracket that I had welded in.
Motor sitting in with the new custom mounts I didnt get a close up but the frame started cracking so if you notice by the passenger side the frame had to be reinforced
So I wasnt felling the ugle engine bay I took the motor out stripped it down to bare metal primered and painted it I grinded some brackets off but didnt cover any holes I will do that later on when I decide its time to go to the track:

I wanted some extra stability for the intercooler so I went with some solid stock and chromoly tubing to make an upper brace for the intercooler:
Got my manifold ready with new Bosch1600cc Injectors, AEM Rail, and AEM Universal Regulator. Thats that REVHARD Manifold the only manifold for GSR and B16 Heads:
My dad wanted to help me mount my kirkey so I went to the junkyard and got some stock seat sliders and we did some fab ourselves:
