Default CT intake with JRSC?

I got a CT IceBox for my EK with a GSR tube to match up with the JRSC but the tube seem to be too long.
Is there normaly modification that need to be done to the tube our the box to make it line up properly?

Here are some pics, I need some suggestions, if someone who has a CT IceBox with JRSC in an EK can let me know how well is the fitment

It doesn't line up because it's a GSR intake where both the intake manifold and car are neither GSR.

You will have to modify it. Looks to be an easy job.

I'm running a comptech ice box and Comptech JRSC specific tube. Even then, I had to cut the tube.

The stock GSR manifold puts the throttle body lower & closer to the firewall than your JRSC. So naturally your intake tube is now closer & higher than where it should be.

Now we need more info on that A-2-W intercooled blower setup. I really want to see that perform, since I can't recall that style being dyno'd.
