Default 2001 LX 4-Door Grounding Issues

Hi all - Long time, no see!

So I picked up a 2001 Civic LX 4-foor for the wife, and it's got an odd grounding issue, as far as I can tell.

When you've got the car running with the A/C on, it will sometimes (like when you step on the brake, but not every time) seem to "cut out" for just a second - the lights dim, the A/C cuts out and then everything comes back on. It does it more, the more accessories you've got on - lights, A/C, high beams, brakes, etc.

Seems to be a pretty obvious grounding issue, but I'm not finding the break. I checked the ground from next to the valve cover to the rad support, the one from chassis to trans case, but what others am I missing?

Any helpful tips would be much appreciated.

Mike

-Behind both inner fenders
-Left (driver's) side of the engine
-Under the gauges
-Under the front portion of the center console
-Several behind the dash. Take off panels and start looking.
