Default jumper harness unnecessary wires????

alright so i got this jumper harness here.
the wires i'm wondering if they're unnecessary are these.
black1 a23
red a25
black2 b2
pink b1
brown a26

wire color and where the wire goes to on the ecu jumper, obd1 side

however, they all connect to a side on the obd0 side, as well as having wires that are supposed to go into the engine bay???

black1 a2
red a11
black2 a16
pink a13
brown a14

most of them are grounds??? two are for main relay, but that ties into the car harness already.

so can i just clip these wires or something??? they seem useless since they also go to the obd0 side as well, it's a "y" split on each one. any help thanks!

OBD1:
black1 a23 ground
red a25 12v power
black2 b2 ground
pink b1 12v power
brown a26 ground

OBD0:
black1 a2 ground
red a11 12v power
black2 a16 ground
pink a13 12v power
brown a14 main relay

most ecu jumpers have excess wires because they are made universally for all motors. even though you may have a B16 motor the wiring will still be present for the B18C motors. such as the IAB sensor wiring. the extra wires can be tapped and put aside, or you can cut them. as long as its not needed for your motor of course.
