Pull off the timing belt cover and check. Then move from there...

Have you inspected the timing belt? If it is ok maybe the main relay?

dont even bother with the timing belt yet. when you turn the key does the engine sound like it **wants (haha i said once to) to start? if so take a spark plug wire off the spark plug and hold it real close to the engine while someone else trys to start the car. look for a spark. then report back

Wait before you go through that, why not start with the simple things...I hear that dizzy rotor screws are notorious for falling out. Check that first. I thought I remember seeing a post where he heard pooping aswell and it turned out to be a rotor screw that fell off.

and im really leaning towards the timing belt because it had like 60,000 more kms on it then it was suespose to have and i didnt have time when i was in school to do it cause i was to busy on the shocks and every thing so thats why i think it broke out of no where

Start with the easy stuff...the rotor is a common problem I hear, also don't assume aswell, usually you can tell if your timing belt has let go and other people here would be able to explain it better then I. If it has more miles on it and it isn't the problem...replace it.

timing belts are generally more resilient than people think. it wouldnt take long to make sure its still there tho. just as long as checking for spark or gas

Glad it worked!

I would change that timing belt though...cause its overdue...I heard from a local mechanic that is usually has a tendency to break during startup...but I had a shadow where the teeth broke off when my bro was driving.
