Default Climate Control not Functioning (fuse, maybe?)

I have a problem with my 2002 Accord.

The climate control is not functioning properly, and I am hoping that it might be a fuse issue. The manual is not very specific or detailed in which fuse might be applicable (but, then again, it may not be a fuse).

What doesn't work:
  • The temperature control -- currently warmer than what I would like this time of year.
  • Any of the lights on the Climate Control buttons -- and will not turn on A/C or switch fan output locations

What does work:
  • Fan Control - I can turn the fan on and change the speed
  • Clock - not sure if on a seperate fuse.
  • Radio - not sure if on a seperate fuse.

Oh, and one minor contributing detail. I had the sunroof open on a hot summer day when a T-Storm unexpectedly showed up. Needless to say, the problem was certainly caused by the rain.

If it's potentially a fuse issue (or other simple factor), I'd like to explore that before taking to the shop.

Thanks in advance for any insight.
Stefan

Can anyone providing any insight as to whether or not is COULD be a fuse issue based on my description?
