Buy the cams if you aren't strapped on cash. You can always store them for later use or sell them if you decide to not build your engine.

 

The reason you got 'n' number of views with no replies (and the reason why I gave you a flame suit) is most likely because we don't know what your engine is tuned to, don't know your power goals or what you're comfortable with, and don't know what your purpose for the car is (you mentioned DD, but then why all the power upgrades). Plus, since we have our own USDM B18C5, we have little reason to know/care about modding a JDM B18C (not saying people here don't know at all, but we aren't inclined to answer every question about JDM B18C's that pops up).
