IF YOU'RE NOT OFFERING WHAT I AM ASKING, DON'T BOTHER ASKING!

Ok guys i'm just testing the waters out there. I have been contemplating selling this car so i can get into a project that i really want. I like the EM1 chassis but not enough to waste time on it. So here are the details about the car.

1999 Honda Civic Si (EM1) Showroom Stock C Class Race Car

Motor: Stock B16A2
45k Miles Original
issue: Needs new cam seal, that's it.

Trans:
Only thing i know about the trans is that it has a Type R LSD in it, normal shifting feel to any other EM1 i have driven.

Interior:
Custom Roll Cage up to SCCA regulations.
Window Net
Sparco Steering Wheel
Kirkey Road Racing Bucket w/ Custom seat bracket.
Skunk2 Shift ****

Body:
Needs some body work, it is a race car. Slightly pushed in on the passenger rear quarter due to some rubbing from previous owner's racing.

Suspension:
Completely Stock

Wheels: Stock

Spares: Now this is where you have the option of making it more expensive by buying spare parts to go with it. Here is what i have off the top of my head.

2 Brand New Hoosier R6 205/50/16 Tires ($420 Value)
1 Used EM1 Hood ($150 Value)
Misc BNIB Suspension Parts (Estimated Value of $500+)
Almost New OEM Pressure Plate ($100 Value)
2 BNIB OEM Clutch Discs ($100)
1 Used Custom 2.5" Midpipe ($100 Value)
6 Spare EM1 Wheels with R Comps ($500 Value Minimum)
I believe 4 BNIB Front Brake Rotors ($320 Value)
Plus more misc....

So you have a lot of money sitting there in spare parts. Now the more you buy the better the deal!

FIRM on $5000 for the car itself as it sits! $6000 With all the spares!

Pics:
Does not come with DC2R Recaros, was just test fitting.

Also passenger seat is in the car. Cleaned out the barnyard that was the interior while taking this pic.

Pics of some of the spare parts i already took:

Im finially Calling it quits on my autox project. The time and the motivation are just no longer there. Hopefully someone on here will able to appreciate this.

Location: Unionville,VA 22567
Means of contact: PM or Email Jenkinsal2(at)vcu(dot)com
Price: $5500 obo including Spares

Description: This project began about two years ago when I picked the car up from someone with ~180,000mi in VA Beach. The car upon purchase needed a bit of bodywork due to a low speed collision. The frame is straight and everything aligns correctly/ tracks straight. The car has been driven less than 400 miles and 3 autox events since purchase in various states of completion of the car. Currently the car sits unfinished as I have lost motivation. Over the years of owning the car I have acquired a complete spares package that will accompany the car (details below). I would like to sell the car as a whole but may part out with enough interest. Keep in mind when making offers that the car and parts in their current condition are almost brand-spanking new. I am not one to half-*** things and I am more than willing to help the buyer through the process to finish the car if interested so they are not in the dark with what has been done. All that being said, this car WILL be very competitive in E Prepared SCCA AutoX should it be completed. The car has over 10,000 invested so I will set the Starting price at 5500obo. I may also accept a trade for a stockish E36.

Default 1994 Integra DC track car, B18C Swap, skunk2, kaaz, autopower

I've reluctantly decided to sell my track car. It's a 1994 Acura Integra LS w/GSR swap and B16A/KAZZ transmission, clean title.

I bought the car in 2008 and have only used it for track days and occasional weekend drives or drive to work on a nice day. The cassis has approx 170k miles, but I don't know for sure since I swapped out the gauge for a JDM GSR when I bought it.

Engine:
1998 B18C (rebuilt by Joe H on hybrids.jp)
Spoon balanced P73-00 Pistons (0.25mm over bore)
New bearings
ARP Rod studs
Skunk2 Stage 1 Cams (circa 2003)
ITR Valve Springs
Skunk 2 Intake Manifold
AEM CAI
ITR header with OEM heat sheild and Fastline skid plate
Full ITR exhaust
Chipped ECU with Crome (unsure of the tune)

Drivetrain:
2000 Civic Si b16a trans
KAAZ LSD
Fidanza 7.5lb flywheel

Suspension:
Koni 8041-RACE shocks (AKA SPSS3)
Ground control coilovers (with 2.5 x 7" 600# front / 700# rear springs)
ITR Rear LCAs
ITR rear sway bar with Beaks kit
LS front sway bar was removed, but will be included
Some no-name shock tower bars
I replaced the following earlier this year. Only two track days, maybe a couple hundred street miles since
Blox front camber kits
Wicked Racing rear camber kits
Complete HardRace rubber bushing kit (including ITR LCA and RTA bushings)
Outer tie rod ends
Replaced front lower ball joints in 2009

Brakes:
New Front rotors
New front PBR ceramic brake pads
Rear rotors and pads have 3-4 track days and very few street miles on them
Replaced the rear hubs/bearings in 2009
Track brakes:
Front Carbotech XP8 Pads and pair of rotors with 1 track day on them

Exterior:
Frost white paint is in decent condition with some small scratches on the front and rear bumpers
No major dents or paint blemishes
Rota Slipstream 15x6.5 wheels , tires are nearing the end of their life.

Interior:
Del Sol seats w/gray stripe (drivers side seat has a small hole, but otherwise they're in good condition)
Black Racing steering wheel
Fastline Shifter
Autopower roll bar with removable harness and cross bars
SFI Rated roll bar padding
JDM gauge cluster
Autometer oil pressure gauge
OEM steering wheel w/airbag included
Stock LS cluster included

Misc Info:
The motor had 40k miles in 2006 when it was sold to Andrew in hybrids.jp, not sure how many miles he put on it, but I've probably only put 5000 miles if that.
The trans has a slight grind when upshifting to 3rd. It only grinds when shifting at high RPM and shifting fast.

I'm looking to get $6000 but I'm open to offers

Fastline ITR header skid plate, doing it's job

Fastline shifter, black racing wheel

Autopower roll bar (excuse the ghetto rigged camera mount)

- Compression test after event showed 200-195-180-200
- Car sat until Dec. 2009, when started, high idle (~2,500) and developed significant oil leak (one of the seals)
- Although compression seems ok, likely needs new rings (appears almost definitely on cylinder #3)
- Would recommend either another used JDM engine or rebuild the bottom end and utilize spare head
- Car has been sitting in my garage since Spring 2010

Why Selling?
I became a father this past year as well as starting a new job. It will be a long time until I will either have the time or money to work on my baby to bring her back to glory. Wife also needs me to sell one of my toys so the prelude is looking for a good home that will help her get back out on track where she wants to run. She is an incredibly well-set up car capable of competitive lap times. Looking for someone to enjoy her as much as I have.

Email: chrisallen76 at gmail.com

Will NOT part out or accept trades. Will NOT deliver. Recommend towing the car home due to oil leak.

1987 Honda Prelude Si

A fantastic opportunity for a novice starting out or a racer looking to win. It is a consistent front running race car with multiple wins and track records. In 2010, it won the North Atlantic Road Racing Championship (NARRC) Runoffs.

The car was built for SCCA’s Improved Touring B (ITB class but is also eligible for several other classes including NASA’s Honda Challenge 5 and Performance Touring.

With owning a Honda Prelude si for the past 15 years, this package comes with a significant amount of development time. This is the second Prelude I built for ITB.

* Engine: it is an all-out professionally built engine by Kessler Engineering in 2010. The engine has four race weekends as of August, 2011, with one being used to break the engine in. Kessler Engineering spent quite a bit of extra time researching and developing this engine as they wanted to develop a name in ITB using this car. Throughout the development, it has seen many hours on the dyno being further improved and tuned.
* Header: Custom built and dyno tuned header by Justin Poole (well known for these and other race car headers).
* Exhaust: Custom built by Mechanics Shop / Anthony Serra. His shop was considered to be one of the top Honda race shops and had extensive exhaust fabrication experience.
* Custom cold air intake (legal for this car) with a Green Performance air filter
* Fuel injectors blue printed
* Crank scraper
* Baffled oil pan
* Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
* Flywheel balanced
* Integra final drive
* OMP Limited Slip – clutch type
* Suspension: Koni single adjustable. Worked directly with Koni Racing to design optimum valving set-up
* Custom built roll cage
* DASH2 instrumentation display included
* AMB Transponder required for racing ($405 value) included
* 8 Kosei K1 TS wheels (9.3 lbs each) and 4 Hoosier Dirt Stocker rain tires mounted on OEM rims
* OEM passenger seat, useful for high performance driving events
* Supertrap exhaust silencer – allows you to meet low sound decible limits at most tracks (meets 89 db limit at Lime Rock)
* Optional item: RaceTechnology DL1 data acquisition system – $500. Only offered to buyer of this car.

Has up-to-date SCCA log book with new race belts; fire bottle, fuel test port. A through inspection of the car was just completed (August 2011) by Kessler Engineering with many parts replaced as preventative maintenance. Chassis has little rust (I am not aware of any). The transmission was rebuilt in Fall 2010. Various spares included such as new Carbotech brake pads, a hood, doors, and many other miscellaneous items.

Lap times:
Lime Rock Park – 1:03.452*
Watkins Glen – 2:22.838
Summit Point – 1:29.548
* The lap record is a 1:03.314 set by another car in 1996

Why selling? I have been driving the Prelude si for 15 years now and am ready for a new challenge. It is honestly difficult for me to put this car up for sale.

Price: $7,900. This represents a significant amount less than what is in the car. Trades are not being considered.

Located in CT. Not local? Various shipping options are available! I would actually like to see this car go somewhere outside of New England in case I decide to race in ITB again. It’s a super fast car that I’d hate to race against.

Contact e-mail: ContactUs@GoAheadTakeTheWheel.com or you can just PM me here on the Sandbox.

More than willing to talk via phone for serious potential buyers. Please send e-mail initially.

I'm selling my 1990 Acura Integra GS ITA/H4 racecar. The car hasn't been on the race track in about three years as I was in the process of making some changes to my setup and just lost time and money in completing the project.

-Originally Silver/Gray; Repainted Championship White in 2007
-8-point roll cage installed and teched by Kearney Racing in Capitol Heights, MD
-Rebuilt B18a1 in 2007. About 6 events on the motor. It was built to ITA/H4 specifications
--Mods included:
----Bored .020 with B16 pistons
----Filter sandwich to install gauges
----Radiator hose adapter to install gauge sensor
----Type R Oil Pump
----Port matched head
----ARP rod bolts
----Z1 main studs
----New Distributor
----All new gaskets/seals from Honda
----New Honda oil pan
----RC Engineering 310cc injectors
----Valve job
----Inspected valve guides
----Inspected/replaced bearings
----Fully balanced bottom end
----Hondata S300 ECU with OBD conversion harness

All machine work was done at Burtonsville Performance in Burtonsville, MD.

Currently the engine is out of the car and needs a couple of things to come back together. There are some gaskets that it needs but the motor is very complete. I also have some extra parts if my asking price is met. I'd throw in:

-Gen 1 skunk2 intake manifold
-Crower 404 cams
-Crower Springs and Retainers

The car will need a transmission however I will include the 90-91 clutch and flywheel. There is also a skunk2 dual bend shifter and skunk2 shift ****.

Interior of the car:
--8-point roll cage
--Interior paint needs love
--Skunk2 shifter/shift ****
--Sparco Seat bracket but no seat is included

Chassis:
--Energy Suspension bushings all around
--Progress 22mm rear sway bar with custom mounting brackets welded to rear subframe
--Sunroof delete
--Goodridge Brake lines
--Stock wheels with 225/45/14 Toyo RA1's
--Two Rota Slipstreams with 225/45/15 Hoosier R6's
--ARP extended wheel studs
--ABS delete with 40/40 prop valve
--Shaved side moldings and rear antenna
--New tie rods, ball joints, and wheel bearing
--Brand new set(Front/Rear) Cobalt Friction Brake Pads still in box

So now onto what the car needs based on what I see:

-Hood
-Seat
-Suspension(car is sitting on the stock suspension as of now)
-Front rotors
-Transmission
-Radiator
-Intake
-Header
-Misc Gaskets

This car is definitely a project but there is more money in the cage and motor than what I'm asking and this is a cheap way to get into racing. Below are some pictures of its current state. Feel free to call me with any questions as I'm sure there is more that I'm not including. 240-997-9506(David) Located in Silver Spring, MD but the car is in Virginia.

Asking $3500obo and I'm open to offers at this point, just would like to get it sold before the winter.
