Default 2000 RPM idle after freeway drive

I have an odd problem that maybe someone has experienced before. This is the second time in about 1 month.

Setup:
See sig, -turbo (NA right now), stock compression, stock cams, stock ecu/injectors

After driving home from work on the freeway, I pull off the exit ramp and my idle is stuck at 2000RPM. I rev it a bit and it barely drops at all. I stopped and let it sit for about a minute or two and the idle dropped to ~800.
The temp was exactly at normal, the fan cycled a couple times while sitting there.
On the freeway, when I would let off the gas to decelerate, sometimes it would feel like it was still getting some gas, or a blip in the throttle.

Any ideas or experiences with this issue?
The freeway was crawling at 50 or so, maybe she was just angry?

Either that, or your throttle body is sticking

IACV, TPS, or sticky TB, check all three. 94

Thanks everyone, looks like I have a small project for the weekend.
I don't think it was the throttle sticking. I pulled up on the gas pedal and the slack in the cable is ok. Could be a bad TPS, but my guess is that is will be the IACV. I have some hunting idle issues when I startup hot and I've never cleaned it before.

The IACV screen was completely clogged. I cleaned it out and now... the idle problems are 100 times worse. The car barely starts and if I even turn the steering wheel it stalls.
I reset the ECU, with no luck.

I unplugged the IACV and set the idle to ~650 with the adjusting screw. It was turned all the way in, probably to compensate for the dirty IACV.
