hey everyone, about a year ago I purchased my ANZO halo projector headlights that require h3 type bulbs so I got the H3 HID conversion kit but have had no luck on a successful install the closest I've gotten them to working is the first time I hooked 'em up they flickered for a bit but then went off, I'm thinking that I don't have a proper ground but; if you could offer any advice or refer me to a professional in the san antonio tx (ish) area that would work too
