On the harness, where would I find the wire for the radiator fan? What color is it? Anyone have a picture?

I just got my project back from the shop but I want to verify the fan is wired and kicking on. I haven't driven it enough to check but I want to tonight.

For testing purposes, use a jumper wire to short the 2P fan switch connector on the thermostat housing. The fan should run continuously when the key is in ON(II). This will tell you whether the fan is wired correctly.

i would like to know the answer for this. my fan is hooked up direct connect, once the key is turn to on, da fan turns on and stay on forever till i turn the key to off......

i hear that fan not working will overheat your car but in my case my fan stays on 24 7 until i turn the key to off, i heard that having the fan on all day is also not good.

i have a fully built Ls all motor i just put in and didnt even start it yet,

so please if any1 have the wiring for the fan switch and what color are they.

i bought the car like this so i dont know where the original wire is at.

Check the connector that should be on the thermostat housing someone might have already jumped it and left it like that. Does the fan motor have suspicious wires running to it?
