Default Sway bar or Endlink broken??

I need some help in regards as what to replace. My passenger rear side appears to either have a broken rear sway bar or endlink. Below is the picture I just took with my cell phone. Is the Endlink just broken or the sway bar? Or should I be replacing both?

I have to fix this ASAP as it is the only thing that failed state inspection

This is for a 2000 Civic Si

Also could you tell me what parts I need exactly from this link: PARTS

Endlink is broke, the swaybar is fine. You might want to just go ahead and replace both endlinks though, the one on the other side probably isn't in great shape either.

Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply. I'll get endlinks for both sides.

Is this a common problem on 6th gen civics?

endlinks are cheap got mine at napa for 24 bucks they come as 2 and no this isnt a problem mine were rusted beyond belief and they were hardened and they didnt break even with my driving the only way it broke for me is when i put an impact on it and it snapped in half because it was so rusted
