HELP! 1999 Civic Wont turn over
So i have a problem, my 1999 civic wont turn over. It used to have an alarm, but i have taken that out.
The fuel pump comes on, battery is charged, radio and dash lights still come on. When i turn the key all i get is clicks, i have changed the main relay, and checked all the fuses. I have gotten a new starter tried it and still doesnt start. I can turn the motor over by hand so its not seized. When the key is turned the tach seems to jump a bit.
Are there any sensors i should be looking at?
All grounds seem to be tight and clean with no corrosion.
