Our cars don't have struts. They're shock absorbers. How do you know they're going away? How many miles do you have on them? I put over 120k miles on mine and they still worked. They weren't in great shape, but there was no degradation in performance.
For that kind of money I would replace them with stock shocks. The valving in them is matched for the springs, which is especially a big deal in the rear. They are awesome shocks. Other people like to use other shocks. It's almost more of a preference thing.

I use ITR shox on my GSR
for the fronts
and Koni Yellows in the rear for adjustability. The forks are different for the ITR I hear so I dunno if you should get Koni's for your (the Lower Control Arms are different).

Of those listed I prefer the Bilsteins. They are not externally adjustable. They are "self adjusting."
If you want externally adjustable dampers my first choice would be Konis. However, I think Bilsteins are the best for a primarily street-driven car.
Unless you really know what you're doing any kind of adjustable suspension merely gives you the opportunity to screw up your handling.
